SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach

We stayed there for family vacation everything was super nice and clean. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. The bad was the beds sucked they were had and very uncomfortable in my opinion.

We enjoyed our trip. The staff was super nice and helpful with everything. The room needed to have the vents cleaned. The Warf area was all that and a bag of chips. Lots to do for singles and family. I will be back with the family soon.

Upon arriving, we had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby due to a system failure, even though I had already been sent a text stating our room was ready. Finally get up to the room and the floors were filthy and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Day 2 after housekeeping had serviced our room and still not even swept much less mopped, I went to front desk to request the floor be cleaned and the clerk acted as if I were requesting one of his kidneys. After arguing with me for a few minutes he finally put in the service request. We returned later in day to find same nasty floor. It remained dirty for the 6 days we were there. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially since by the time we walked from the bathroom to bed our feet were black from the sand/dirt on the floor. The bathroom door lock was broken. I reported that the first day. It was never addressed. The pool was very nice, but the hot tub was also filthy with hair, leaves, etc. There were two ladies at the front desk that were quite pleasant, and two employees working breakfast that were hospitable. They did serve a nice breakfast every morning and the location to The Wharf was stellar. The lobby, elevators and hallways all seemed clean.

The Hotel was just what was advertised.The room was perfect for me and my family good size for the multiple bedroom great views. We was pleased with our stay.

This was my family’s first stay here and I must say we were impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality from all staff we will definitely book here again.

For a NYE family at the wharf it can’t be beat.

Great family hotel. Breakfast was simple but adequate and tidy. Front desk were very kind and accommodating.
