Good place for a family

When we first arrived everything seemed nice. The next morning we woke up there was a rodent crawling up the wall. I went ask for a supervisor to inform them and she replied “it’s the season, it’s hot, we can’t control roaches.” My family and I travel every summer and never had this issue. The room seemed cleaned but after being in there for 4 nights we found a fake acrylic nail on the floor by the bed, and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. The floor by bed where my toddler slept closest to the window seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed as crumbs or some sort was alongside the bed. Our second night was horrible being that the walls are very thin. The guest they put above us must’ve came in at midnight and seemed as if they stomped across the floor the entire night making it impossible to stay asleep!

Loved the separate room away from kids

We checked in later than expected, around 9pm due to traffic. The night desk clerk kept us waiting which was a poor start to our trip. The room was clean, but you could tell it was a little older. The beds were comfortable and clean and we were able to get the AC to bring the room to a comforable temp. The bathroom was clean and they had provided pleanty of clean towels. There is a vent in the bathroom which helped with the humidity. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, a variety of foods from waffles to omlets and grits to cereals and toast. The drink dispenser was out of order so there was nothing to drink. Not even water. People had to purchase bottled water from the little market they had. Overall, the place was nice to stay with a family, but there are some issues that need to be fixed. Nothing that couldnt be taken care of easily.

We really enjoyed staying here! It is a nice, newer location. It's very clean and well kept. I really don't have any complaints. If I had any it would be the parking. Small parking lot. Buffet style breakfast, lots of options. Very comfortable bed!! I slept like a baby, definitely not a typical hotel bed. I felt the bed was of high quality!

Great stay for my family of four.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. We used it for extra room for family Christmas. I would recommend this property to anyone.

my kids loved it

First I didn’t kno it was pet friendly, and my kids are allergic. Secondly the price of the Hilton for the breakfast did not match up. The front desk personnel was not friendly at all, and lastly after asking for our room to be cleaned and new towels, we were not provided, even when I went to the front desk , it almost seemed as if they did not want to give me new towels. I will not be staying there anymore.

The room that I chose accommodated my family so well. Very Spacious and very convenient for shopping and fast foods .
