Stamford Gate Hotel

This is a small family run hotel with a large restaurant. Room was large, clean and recently decorated. Bathroom was a bit dated. The cooked breakfast was excellent as was the americano coffee. The full range of items was too much to tackle and I was very full after half of what was on offer. Holywell is not well endowed with lots of restaurants so unles you want a drive of several miles you need to eat at the hotel. Evening menu is extensive, food quality, cooking and service are all good. Prices are reasonable for the area.

Lovely small place with a big place experience. Rooms good size, comfy bed and very quiet night, slept like a baby. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again
