Albion Hotel

My wife, 3 mo. old, and I stayed at the Albion Hotel for a few nights while on vacation in Scotland and Ireland. While it's definitely not the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons, it is affordable, clean, and convenient to Glasgow's West End. We had rented a car and the stretch of Woodside Rd where the hotel is located is a dead end which makes parking easy. The hotel sells full and half day parking permits at the front desk. Our room was a double room (double bed & twin bed) in the attic. The room itself was large enough for the three of us and with some careful placement we were able to make enough room for the baby's travel cot and changing area. There is a small refrigerator in the room that we used for storing milk for the baby. The stairs to the 3rd floor are a bit winding and steep which made getting our luggage up and down a bit of a challenge (there is no lift). I had asked for a ground floor room when we booked but there was a conference going on when we checked in and those rooms were all taken. Full Scottish breakfast came with our room rate and was a decent value, but breakfast hours were limited to 7:30am - 9:30am. All in all, we had a quite relaxing stay at the Albion.
