Point A Hotel Glasgow

I had been travelling for 27 hours before arrival. I had e mailed in advance asking for an early check in for which I would pay extra. On arrival I was told that they were still working on the rooms they made no attempt to get my room cleaned first all that would have taken would have been a phone call. The front desk staff were all kids busy talking to each other.

Maybe the worst check-in experience I've ever had. After traveling for two days, the two kids working the "desk" were more interested in gossip and ice cream to notice I needed help with luggage. I use a cane recovering from fractured knee. No sleep the first night due to continuous noise from beneath me, I was on 1st floor. Noise? They had no idea where that would be coming from! My room and bed were literally shaking. They moved me to another room. Fine. But this is not a hotel - it's a glorified hostel built in the cheapest manner possible for maximum profit. Someone walks down the hallway I could hear every step, every time a room door closed KABOOM!! Woke up countless times with that. I was so sleep deprived I checked out a day early without noticing. Could have cared less with that cheeky wee blonde staring at me. Awful.
