room was big for family of 4 - plenty of space in the room - breakfast to satisfactory - overall we really liked our room and hotel location

Classy establishment. The room was incredible and my two young children loved staying there. We will be back in the future.

The hotel was nice and very central however there are only two elevators and one was out of order during our stay which was frustrating as a family who were on the 7th floor and required a pushchair. The hotel was busy with a Christmas function and we wasted a lot of time waiting on the elevator, as we had no option to take the stairs

Size of the room was great. no hairdryer in the room as advertised, had to ask twice to get one delivered. sadly the bathroom needs urgently redecorated (as in the photos I’ve attached). the carpets in the room had stains from previous customers. we used the stairs to go up/down from the room (instead of the lift) and the communal stair carpets are looking shabby and stained. Swimming pool was lovely and warm! The signs say “children must be accompanied by an adult” but this sign was ignored by adults while we visited. Overall disappointing for the price we paid, more like a travel-lodge standard, we expected more from this brand.

We stayed here overnight on our way through town because it was walking distance to the train station. Desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant. The kids enjoyed the pool facility and the entertainmant in the bar/ restaurant was relaxing. Everything in the room and hotel was clean and in order.

Great location for checking out Glasgow! Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool worked out great for our kids after a long trip. The only note I’d make is the pool required reservations and the food in the restaurant was just ok.

Travelled with family and had large room with two large beds- very comfortable and convenient. Close to shopping district and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, we even had dinner in the restaurant after a long day of touring and it was great! My only complaint is they hosted some sort of sports banquet for young adults/ high school students and at aprox 10pm someone pulled the fire alarm and the entire hotel had to evacuate! My youngest daughter had a panic attack and there was many parents with children asleep. Upon clearing by the Fire Brigade all the drunk banquet guests were stumbling into children loudly as well as other guests on the way back in! I understand things happen however maybe they should vet their venue guests more. All we got was an apology letter slipped under the door.

Staff is great, great swimming pool for little ones and great location

Hot cookies on arrival went down a treat. Rooms spacious. Best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel. Afternoon tea was beautiful. Staff very friendly, nothing was a bother. Enjoyed the pool, so did the kids, overall a very welcoming hotel and would definitely return.
