Bottom line up front: Generic and claustrophobic. Terrible for families. Full review: This is one of those modern, soulless, and unremarkable hotels that have become so common these days. It feels like every element has been “optimized” to the point of discomfort—even the fridge has been removed. The rooms are so small that there’s no place to store or open your luggage; you step directly into the bed. The location is also subpar, surrounded by bars and clubs. If you’re traveling alone and price is your primary concern, then this might be an acceptable choice. However, if you value quality and comfort, or if you’re traveling as a couple or with family, you’ll likely hate it.

The rooms are much smaller than they appear on the website. There was no business center in the hotel where one could manage your air travel like checking in for your flight or printing a boarding pass. There was little space in the room to put your luggage and no refrigerator to put some drinks to keep cool. The food was mediocre. The breakfast was not worth the price. The buffet food was cold and the made to order was still cool and not tasty at all. The staff were absolutely nice pleasant and welcoming. I would say this hotel is probably good for the business traveler but not for families or long stays.

Very nice place for staying with family. We had a view of construction but it was quiet at night.

Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything in tip-top shape. All staff was very friendly and attentive. Location was excellent - my primary reason for this property is due to the proximity to some of the activities my family and I had planned to do while in Glasgow. Thank you!

We were on a four day city break in Glasgow. We liked that the hotel was close to Buchanan Bus Station and the main shopping areas in Glasgow itself. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful.Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was busy before 9.00am as a number of tour groups seem to use the hotel. Unfortunately there was no porridge or decaffeinated tea. Seems a pity when there was Decaf coffee in the breakfast room and in the bedrooms. The hotel was recommended by a family member and wherever satisfied with our stay.

Very Nice hotel. Short distance to everything. 5 min walk to Buchanan stance/street. Great bar. Didn’t try the breakfast. Ordered the family room with two double beds and it was really nice to sleep beside each other in separate beds..

Great hotel right in the centre of everything. Will definitely stay there again and have already recommended to family members.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and always found it excellent. Disappointed on this trip. My flight had been delayed andcI called ahead three times to the hotel to advise them of myblate arrival. I got no response to my phone calls. We had a twin room, one of the duvet covers had dirty marks on both sides. Top of headboard had not been dusted. Called reception several times to get fresh bed linen but got no reply. Went down to reception and was told someone would be straight up. Waited approx 20 mins before someone arrived with new bed linen. We had just come off a long haul flight and were anxious to get some sleep. Also, there was a narrow fire door in the room with a sign stating "keep locked". It wasn’t locked and on opening, it showed pipes and some inner workings of the building. I raise this as there was a gap between the floor and the pipes. A child would be in danger if it happened to get this door opened. All in all a little disappointing on this occasion but I will return as overall I have previously found it a comfortable and pleasant hotel. I think that staff shortages may have contributed to the above situation.
