We arrived here at 3.10pm and our room was not ready although check - in was at 3pm. When we got into the room we found bugs crawling on one of the beds!!! We were moved to a different room and it smelt damp! The bathroom door had been damaged and had been repaired with some sort of filler - it looked awful. The room we had was the "Family room" but there was no room to swing a cat let alone have a family stay. Deffo will not be back here.

Hotel was easy to find and ross was just most welcoming he made the arrival so great so from that moment everything about hotel was wonderful .The room was very clean and the decoration all over hotel was amazing me and dad got a great night sleep after travelling from tenerife and a wonderful breakfast to set us up the next morning everything was fantastic and will definitely be staying again and will be recommending to my friends and family .
