The hotel is lovely and the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again. There's a lift to the floors and the decor is beautiful. The hotel is very close to the centre of town and within easy walking distance for trains, buses and trams for the airport. I didn't have breakfast in my week there as I was meeting family but I overheard others saying how much they enjoyed theirs.

Slightly off the beaten path but only a short walk to the train station, major bus stop, Rose St ( lots of great dining & artisan shops), & Edinburgh Castle! Beautiful rooms (comfy beds!) & environmentally conscious too (use key to activate electricity in the room). Will stay again & recommend to family & friends!

Parliament House Hotel is a very nice and well kept hotel. The staff are very nice and they had a great selection of gluten-free breakfast items in the restaurant for my wife. I thought the room was a little small and there wasn't much space to lay things out. I also prefer having an in-room safe rather than having to leave things at the main desk (but that's probably nit-picking). All-in-all, I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.
