Hotel was conveniently located in city centre and room just accommodated our family's needs for our stay. However noticed water still in jug and hair in shower drain so wonder the level of cleanliness. Also no mini fridge so limited food or drink storage which isn’t ideal when travelling with kids. When arriving and leaving the hotel we were disappointed that management don’t enforce a no smoking area around the door area as I find it disrespectful second hand smoke has to be inhaled by little kids. I would only return again if the rooms had a small fridge, and cleaning was improved. On positive note the small snack selection for kids at reception was well received.

Brief stopover for my fiancé and I before meeting the family for Christmas. Fabulous hotel, great value, great location and friendly staff. Even a late checkout at no extra cost. What's not to like?
