The hotel is great. Very nice snd clean room, everything you need. We stayed with our family 2 adults 2 children and really loved it. Very nice territory, fountain with fishes, quiet location but you can easily reach shops and restaurants by car (5-7 minutes). Would come back here again.

We only had a one night stay, as we were attending a family party close by. The room had everything we required, with a nice clean and comfortable bed. All the staff we encountered, in the reception and dining area were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, with a good variety of hot and cold food. We would definitely come back and for longer.

Our regular / go-to accommodation when visiting family in Sussex. Clean family rooms, quiet location and great breakfasts with something to satisfy everyone. Have used several times before and nothing to change our mind on this occasion.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a family room. Plenty of space to move about and really liked that the bathroom was down a few steps in the same room as it made it feel more spacious

Is a dream to be in that hotel….!!! Well deserved more stars…the building, the staff that works there are so lovely, friendly and respectful, very professional also our room was so fresh and clean and the compound around is well decorated and I highly recommend this place. Breakfast was so so tasty and with my family we will surely come to this place again and again. Trust me you can peacefully have a nice sleep there without thinking about nothing, such a quiet place. Thanks again for everything and see you soon!

On arrival Sarah on reception was very efficient and welcoming and booking in was quick. The location is well situated as a base for our needs with good parking facilities. Our room was clean and tidy with a good shower/ bathroom and well equipped with tea,coffees the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of cooked or continental, evening meals were good and varied ( the fish dishes were excellent) the dining/ bar area was good and well decorated. Lee the owner was very chatty and helpful along with all the other staff.We would go back and recommend this establishment to family and friends.

Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and great breakfasts. Only one minor gripe - no bedside lighting and lightswitches that controlled all lights, so either all on or all off. Staying in a family room with young children this basically meant sitting in the dark if they were trying to sleep. Lots of USB charging points in the room was a huge bonus. Kids loved it and fought over the bunk beds every day. They didn't want to come home. Very clean bar / restaurant area with a great vibe - I'd visit to eat or drink even if we weren't staying here (which we will!)

The place is immaculate. The rooms are nice, warm and clean. The cleaners and receptionists are very friendly however, the owner is not. He ensured to avoid greeting us and avoided eye contact daily, yet he was chatty and friendly to all the other guests, interesting behaviour from him. Breakfast is available from 8-10 yet, we arrived at 9:00 and there wasn’t enough food to feed my family. We had to request they cook more food. The breakfast was cold although, there was a good variety to choose from. Vegetarian sausages would have been great too.
