Brilliant customer experience. Great staffs especially the lady @the swimming area on our day of visit..... The swimming, Jacuzzi and Sauna was good experience. My kids were happy with the pool and Jacuzzi. I like too. The little downside is the short shower curtain in the bathroom. Overall experience is good. Will visit again.

Beautiful country house hotel. Very welcoming and friendly. Staff superb, especially Georgia and Emma. Dinner was fantastic. Food gorgeous. Staff serving at dinner were wonderful. Lovely friendly pub an easily walkable half a mile away. Great food there too Both establishments dog and children friendly

I had an amazing stay starting with a surprise free upgrade to a superior double room; it was a lovely birthday surprise for me; the reception staff was so professional and friendly; helpful and attentive. My room was very spacious, clean and comfy; free Wi-Fi, Netflix; free use of the indoor heated pool, gym; room service available too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I have absolutely no complaints; excellent value for money. Keep doing what you do!!!
