Holiday Inn Express Bradford City Centre, an IHG Hotel

It was amazing 👏 the hotel was sparkling clean. Staff's were helpful. U haf a great stsy with my family

Staff were very nice. Shower was not draining.Booked for family of 4 but there were only a double and single bed. Parking was the biggest issue as we had to walk with our 4 ocs of luggage from another building. Unlike other hotels where you can unload infront of the property then park elsewhere.

Not the greatest stay we have ever had. As per my check in feedback the kids running about in the corridor at gone 9.20pm when we have a 9 month old baby with us and having been on the road for 11 hours wasn’t great. The rooms were far too hot but couldn’t have the window open at night due to the noise outside. One member of the breakfast staff needs some customer service training as he was quite rude in the way he asked people to move out of the way etc. So overall not we won’t be using this hotel again. The girl who checked us in however was great and came to sort the room out straight wait for us.

Worst hotel stay ever.1) Inspite of paid in full at h.com the guy at front desk took card machine out to charge me. 2) bathroom light flickering 3)bedside light not working 4) room overheating as heating is from 1990s electric rad without any heating control 5) dry sausages and no orange juice at breakfast 6) EXTREMELY NOISY Rooms, not soundproof windows, can hear the weather and police sirens all night, I was at 1st floor, tip never take first floor as its full of families with loads of kids and make noise all night. I couldn't sleep until 4am when the noise stopped. NEVER coming back here

Our daughter was unwell so we were not able to attend the first night however, i called twice on Friday (one during the day and again in the evening) to ensure my booking for the second night would remain. When i arrived to check in Saturday evening, i was told that my booking had in fact been cancelled and it was by chance that there was one room available. I would like the phone calls that i made to be looked into and an enquiry made as to why my booking was cancelled instead of following my clear instructions on both phone calls. The gentleman that served us in Reception when we arrived was friendly and I can't fault him but if there had not been a room, i would have been in an exteremly difficult position with a child.

This is a good hotel located in the centre with a lot of businesses around you, there is something for someone to do. There are kids arcades near by, nandos, cineworld and other establishments near by, a must id youbwant everything together

The atmosphere in the room was a bit stuffy, and it could have benefited from fresh air. Unfortunately this is the kind of hotel where windows are locked, and cannot be opened. This is also the kind of hotel that rents communicating rooms to clients who do not need them, and I could hear the discussion in the next room, as well as the child screaming, through the communicating door as if I had been with the family in that room. So not the most quiet night. However the room was rather cheap for the area.
