It the stay was alright.kids bed wasnt comfy.it looked like a sofa connected with some extension.I reserved breakfast as well.breakfast buffet wasnt that great,with no veg choices.I was expecting having veg options as normal in every menu so i didnt specially ask them but i was really disappointed with the choices and options available in the buffet

I booked my sisters this room as they came to The UK for the first time as we had a special occasion in our family. The room that they got was very warm as the aircon did not work well and most importantly the door once locked from inside wouldnt open. They were stuck whenever they wanted to leave the room. Whenever they called the reception no one answered and they had to knock for attention or call us to their rescue. This is unacceptable. This was room 221. Once the cleaner had to get to the reception to get the keys to let them out. I requested the hotel reception to offer us a new room but, no one helped. I am a member of park royal club and expect to be compensated for the trouble that my family has faced during their stay which was extremely dis-stressing. We were assured by the staff that the room door will be repaired but our request was ignored. No one bothered even offering us a room change, our continuous requests went to deaf ears.

Fab hotel. Stayed lots for work but this time was a leisure break with family. Did not disappoint

Tired is probably the most generous thing to say. No hair dryer, bath broken , mould in bathroom, uncomfortable pillows and saggy mattress. Housekeeping coming down the corridor before 8 knocking on doors. Not the best and went to pool an “spa” full of children and steam room just dribbling . Not the best! Breakfast was ok but not hot. Overall would not recommend.

As a VIP property and a Gold member for Expedia, there was no acknowledgement of that during check in. Although the family room (222) we got was large, it was very cold and none of the heaters worked. Bathroom a little worn out, e.g. chipped bathroom tiles, broken floor tiles in the bathroom. I did mention the cold room.l, but then I only got a small portable heater that was obviously not big enough for the size of room. Room view was not something that I was necessarily looking for, but it was overlooking the roof of some sort of outbuilding which wasn’t great. Shame about the room. Would have liked breakfast to finish later in the weekends (finished at 10am), and for more than one coffee machine to be working given the amount of people queuing. Maybe we’re a bit unlucky with the room, but I would have actually liked to have seen my Expedia benefits, which I didn’t.

Good gym and kids pool, welcoming staff, but we were Let down by having no hot water in the shower two days in a row, and they didn’t clean the room or replace toilet paper. Pretty basic failures, unfortunately.

Nice stay with the family

I stayed at this hotel in a business trip and booked a family room for the extra space to work in. When I arrived I was informed that there were no family rooms and Expedia shouldn’t have sold me one. The receptionist said it’s ok as she ll “upgrade me” The upgrade was a room that was £40 cheaper but she couldn’t give me a refund for some reason. Once I arrived at the room the air con didn’t work and banged, the room smelt and 2 towels were not clean. When I mentioned this to reception on checking out she said sorry we are really busy right now. Shocking

Lovely stay perfect for family. Free use of pool and kid friendly swim time.
