Comfy beds, lots of space in the family room, good shower. Will stay there again

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent family room for the price. Loads of parking.

Great stay. Comfortable and clean. Had a clean and spacious room, travel cot ready for the baby which had a mattress for comfort too. Only comments would be that the shower nobs are in need of repair and there could have been a sheet out on baby mattress. Luckily there was an extra bed so we just put the sheet off that in the baby’s cot. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful, quiet for a service station hotel and in an ideal spot for us visiting family locally

Lovely stay as always. Perfect family hotel & right next to services with lots of restaurant options. We’ve stayed a few times while visiting London and were never disappointed. Really good value and only 45 mins from the city.

The hotel was larger than we expected with very friendly and helpful staff. The family room was a perfect size for us. We were able to park easily and sleep well and having a 24hr service station next door was really convenient. I could see a dog walking area an play area out of the window.

My elderly parents toilet didn’t flush. This was reported on arrival. It was ignored which left them needing to come to our room and waking my children 3 times during the night. We couldn’t swap rooms as ours was a family room. Emailed manager but no response

I was going to give it 4* but that was only due to the fact our towels weren’t changed, as we stayed 2 nights, but thinking about it that doesn’t matter as you can just ask for some new ones! Our stay was actually lovely, can’t fault anything from start to finish, parking is free, you just give your registration number. Room was family and it was fine, we was able to just pop next door for dinner etc. beds were quite comfy, Only thing I would suggest is maybe somehow putting Netflix on the teles for the kids but other than that everything was ok! I would definitely recommend and definitely would stay again.

This hotel was a fantastic base for our family whilst we visited all Of the theme parks. The staff are so friendly rooms are great and spacious. We're had a great time this was our second time of staying here and will be back again next year!

The family room was small but cozy, had an AC so was great for sleeping in the summer. Attention was needed for the facilities-the bedside lamp was not working and the carpet had a massive hole that was a bit of a let down. The male reception staff was very accommodating and attentive to our requests though, which made up for the minor flaws. The fact that it was located next to a massive food hall made it ideal for our family staycation. Overall, it is good value for money!

Apart from the convenient access and free parking, everything else here felt flat, underwhelming and overall a tired setup. Furniture and fixtures in the room as well as the corridors looked like they have taken the brunt of someone's anger. No mention of a trundle bed in the family room, broken toilet seat, chewed up doors, dirty carpets, smelly corridors and the list can go on. Staff were mostly friendly but not a place that we'd be too keen to return.
