The Bridge Hotel

Lovely refurbished room in the hotel wing. Amazing breakfast and dinner in the bar / restaurant. Friendly staff and no complaints. Just a hint, when you book in ask for a few car park barrier tokens to stop you keep having to ask. Amazing hotel, will continue booking here when visiting family in Chertsey

We came to Chertsey for a family party and had a lovely overnight stay at The Bridge Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and efficient and our room was spacious and very well equipped. To our surprise in addition to the usual desk/dressing table with chair there was a comfortable sofa and an armchair as well to sit on to watch the large TV with an occasional table nicely placed to hand. The bed was pure delight to sleep on, there was plenty of hot water and everything was very clean. Then the breakfast!!!! Oh boy, we both had a full English and it was one of the best ever. The location, along side the Thames couldn't have been more tranquil and picturesque. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Good sized family room with sofa bed and searing area which is safe normally once the sofa bed is made up for a child there is no where to sit . Large tv Large bathroom with shower and bath Toiletries are lovely and lovely large towels . Bed comfy my only gripe was the mirror on the wall was positioned so high that when you sit at the dresser you can’t see you face very well to dry your hair - just needs to be a little lower ; room 131! We asked for a quiet room due to son having autism and needing medication to help him sleep and room 131 was lovely for that . Breakfast was amazing - cooked to order and brought to you . Well worth adding at the time of booking as much cheaper than buying from the menu . We ate the night before - menu was great and the service was lovely from drew and the team Plenty of free parking

Knowing the venue since it was built, and being within the Youngs property portfolio our stay was very disappointing. Especially as we used Sunday night to see family for a meal.the room was no more than adequate, the car park was full with no area for hotel guests. The roasts had run out and the availability was very limited. These comments have been passed to their managemnt.
