My husband, two children aged 4 and 7, and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel for 3 nights during the October half term holiday. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and friendly members of staff, and this level of customer service continued throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the executive rooms which was spacious yet cosy. My children absolutely loved the swimming pool. The breakfast was great and again the staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it anyone else visiting Solihull!

Perfect for families. Shopping centre over the other side of the road with a cinema, plenty of restaurant choices and shops. The hotel has a lovely pool area which has set times for family use. Plenty of space in the room for little ones to play. Away from the busy city life of the centre. Breakfast options were great and lots of variety to keep everyone happy.

The experience was terrible . Problems with dinner , orders mixed up , supposed to eat as a family but food was not served together. Hair dryer was sending off electric shock then failed to work. Tap fell off in bathroom so unable to bathe. Expedia did not help in sorting out any matters , very disappointed with the hotel and Expedia . Would not boook again with Expedia they do not care about there customers .

Lovely stay from start to finish! The hotel is situated right next to a great shopping centre! I especially enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, spa and steam room! The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast the following day was excellent! I will definitely stay here again and also refer friends and family.

Check in staff Sarah was so lovely, a really nice welcome for the start of our stay. She informed us that the parking is included, we were expecting to pay £10 a day, so that was a great surprise. The room was fantastic, really big, only thing the bed was very very soft, a bit too soft for me! All the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good selection and delicious cocktails in the evening! Gutted that the pool wasn’t open, one of the reasons we booked here was because of the pool and a great activity with our young children. But the hotel up the road said that we could use theirs, so that wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay again!
