Hotel was nice and staff friendly enough, we ate in the restaurant and where told that the kids eat for free but as the adult meals where so expensive there wasn’t actually any saving in the price of a family meal, also there was a compulsory service charge added to the meal of 10% that covered any cost of the child’s meals
There was air con in the room which was good but would have liked to seen a fridge in it too as we had no where to keep our children’s milk cold
There was good parking but the hotel also charged £7 per night parking charge which I think if your staying at the hotel should be covered in the price of the accommodation

Hotels location was ok for trips to Windsor and London if you got a taxi or ride to the train station, hotel location itself was in a run down area. Hotel was old with very poor rooms. Hardly any outlets for today’s electronics traveling with a family. Had to request wash cloths daily. Restaurant/bar was very basic, breakfast was probably the best part nice buffet style but no fresh eggs, tasted like powered scrabbled eggs. Shower broke twice, flooded bathroom twice, TP was very poor grade. Room are very small.

The service really was outstanding at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and because I had a very early morning flight, she arranged for a breakfast to go! It was so perfect for my family.
We needed some additional sheets and they got them to us quickly.
We were given plenty of towels as I have 3 kids.
The only problem is the room. Although the toilets are renovated and in good condition, the exhaust fan wasn't working.
In the room we had a very difficult time sleeping because the AC wasn't working. It was running,just not cooling! Which made for a difficult night for my family. London is generally not used to the heat, so when it does get hot, there doesn't seem to be a good infrastructure to deal with it.

Stayed as a stop-over for Legoland. Great location 5 minutes to Legoland. Had a family room with 2 double beds which was very spacious and a great bathroom. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good with everything you would need. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was only average. Would stay at the hotel again but not eat n the restaurant.

Absolutely loved this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids for Legoland, this is a great choice. They have restaurant where your kids eat free. They have room service, super easy parking and the room has air conditioning. It’s not fancy but it has everything you need for your family. The front desk gave my kids each a gift which was a super nice touch.

Nice hotel with a great location. Only disappointing thing was the cold shower which me, my wife and 2 kids had to endure

Stayed here as it was near to Legoland. It was also only a few minutes drive to Slough train station which is where we parked for 7 hours for only £8.00. We got the train into Paddington and then to South Kensington to take the kids to the National History Museum. Location couldn’t have been better! Service at the hotel was excellent from the minute we arrived. Rooms were comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Restaurants for breakfast and dinner were good and reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Legoland.

The hotel overall is ok, but it could do with a facelift, it’s tired and dated. We had a family room for 4 of us, there was 4 plug sockets! 2 on the desk and 2 random ones by the front door at floor level. We ate in the restaurant, it’s self ordering via a tablet, everything is done by you via this, yet they still add a 10% gratuity to the bill. Reception were good, and breakfast staff were friendly.
