Hotel was great, lovely location and had a large room. Staff did not know how to add to room bill for the family room as it did not have a number and question me on why I did not give a number. This was across three places within the hotel. Lobster bar really busy but wonderful placement. No table service must order at bar. Table was in line of the queue for the bar, very tight. Food came incorrect and missing items, staff did not fix issue due to how busy it was and then tried billing for missing items. Seemed too busy for the volume of staff on duty and a small bar compared to the people on site. Breakfast was lovely although a little small for the price. Breakfast staff were very good and the view was excellent. If it was not for the inadequate staff at the lobster bar I would have rated the venue 5*.

We stayed one night here having booked three rooms for our family of five. All of us thought the hotel was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable with very nice furnishings. Our breakfast was lovely in the riverside restaurant. The only criticism (and it really is a minor one) is that the towel rail heater in the bathroom was hotter than it needed to be and that made the bathroom very hot. Otherwise, perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.
