Surprisingly a lovely comfortable place to stay with the kids on a journey through Herne bay!! The staff were friendly and welcoming! Room was nice and breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again!

This holiday inn was lovely. We ate out at smugglers retreat across from the hotel and food was great. Bed linen and towels were good quality. We had a delicious breakfast the next morning. Both of us slept well. Would recommend to others. McDonald’s close by if you have youngsters.

It was good We were at ground floor, wifi was not working and the hair dryer was broke But we were there to sleep and it was ok and had breakfast, staff were friendly Fir £ 91 2 people 1 child, we expect better 3 is, i am being generous and it doesn't hurt to be kind, but always be truthful

Had a great stay here as a family. Becky on reception was so warm and friendly this morning at breakfast and check out. Would recommend.
