Beautiful place. Beautiful location. The only downside is that the family rooms appear to be facing the car park and you get an 8am wake up call in the form of empty bottles from the bar being tipped to the main bin. This said, the hotel provides an excellent value for money, breakfast is nice too, but the staff are the real stars.

Friendly staff and right next to Botany Bay. Fresh milk available. Very clean rooms and easy parking.
We were in the family suite, which was lovely and spacious. It could have benefitted from a fridge and perhaps air conditioning, but a fan was available and there was a nice breeze through the windows in the evening.
Would happily book again

We stayed in the superior family room and it was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was lovely

Overall the stay was very good with cheerful staff and food to the good standard and value that you would expect at a chain hotel. Location takes some beating and the rooms are of a good standard. Minor niggles related to the room we had, but it's really hard to find anything very much to be unhappy about, #1. Shower rail holding spray head liked to fall apart if you move the head, and #2 families with kids should tie them to their beds after 11pm, otherwise they sound like a herd of elephants playing football overhead if you get a ground floor room below them. My advice for couples is if you can get an upper floor room just in case. We would definitely return.

I booked 3 rooms for one night for family. On arrival surly greeting at the desk. Told we would need to queue for tables with 'walkin' guests. Not made clear on booking that this would be the case.
Luckily the weather was fine so we were able to meet outside.
One room extremely hot as the radiator was on, another rather grubby. Family room with metal put u up beds for adults! Some window catches broken.
In all the rooms the hot water was almost at boiling point, not very safe at all.
Having used this hotel on numerous occasions, it was very disappointing to see how far the standards have fallen. One or two staff were pleasant but otherwise we were viewed as a nuisance inspite of a bar/meal bill for in excess of £200 on the arrival day for extended family and friends.

Hotel is very good, but walls are extremely thin. Could hear parts of conversation next door, plus noisy children running around. Tried to move rooms, but the hotel was full. Everything else in hotel was good, apart from access to room was through a function room. This was occupied on Saturday evening, so access to room was from walking outside and around hotel and in via a fire escape door.

Lovely stay, the family room was a very generous size with two single beds for the children. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.
Only thing that let the room down was noise. The water system was extremely noisy. Someone had a bath at 10.15pm and it was as if it were in our room.
When we checked in we weren’t told about the hotel breakfast meaning we paid for breakfast in the restaurant attached (this was more expensive), so it would have been nice to be informed so we could have saved some money.
But it was a lovely stay on a beautiful beach.
