Service was amazing. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and chatty. The only thing that could of made it perfect was that the baby cot was a pain to put up and staff werent allowed to help with it (for liability reasons) and the bed sheets for the baby cot were not baby friendly. The cot choice for the hotel seemed to be an after thought. Breakfast was good but there wasnt much variety, especially for little ones.

Rooms small, uncomfortable beds, especially sofa bed for two children. Staff indifferent. Breakfast basic; OK though juice tasted watered-down.
