Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Coventry

The hotel was lovely but there was some sort of sporting thing on the same weekend, so there were groups of kids everywhere. Mealtimes naturally very busy.

In brief, the hotel was not upto expectations given the price. Four years ago, I spent a night in this hotel and it was a lovely place to stay. It seems as though four years later, there has been no renovation and the wear and tear of the hotel was visible. It seems some unprofessional patches of paint work was done to as part of an uplift but it looks terrible. Air conditioning was rationed and in the other room that our children stayed was did not worked. The heat during the period of the heat wave made matters worst. Despite numerous complaints it was not fit for purpose when adjusted as the air conditioning was pretty not great. Furthermore, one of the rooms was advertised with an extra bed. We paid online and went to the room only to discover that there was no extra bed as advertised. We asked for the extra bed and was told it was a baby cot which was not as described Room service did not cleaned both rooms which we booked for 2 days despite asking for the room to be cleaned.
