The staff were friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, the toiletries were particularly good. Thank you to the enthusiastic breakfast staff who made pancakes for our children. The only small problem was one less set of towels than we needed, but that was solvable.

We requested to cancel due to family bereavement and they would not give a full refund even though we had given plenty of notice. It was a non refundable booking but under the circs they could have given us a voucher for another day Hotels.com though we’re extremely helpful and I will always use them going forward

The hotel itself was nice. But we picked it as it had a pool so our 8 year old son could swim to burn off some energy. But as they has turned the pool and gym into a wannabe health club, the pool hours for children were extremely limited. If we had known in advance, we would have stayed elsewhere.

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly. We had to check out early due to a family emergency which was a real shame as it was a lovely hotel.

Despite being wary of our visit to the hotel having read some poor reviews we found the staff very welcoming and pleasant. This a modern and accessible hotel adjacent to the M1. We as a family of 5 we sought adjacent or interconnected rooms which we were provided with on the first floor. The rooms provided were ideal, the family room was large and spacious and was modern in in decor. There was a little bit of dust on one glass shelf but not enough to get upset about. Bottled water was supplied and replenished each day in our rooms which is something a lot of other hotels have abandoned but we think is a must. The breakfast provided was great, with a wide variety on offer. The pastries went down a treat. The waiting staff were cheerful and impeccably turned out despite the early hour. Parking was free and on site. All in all this was a really pleasant stay and we couldn't find fault with this hotel

Where to begin. Visiting Nottingham for a wedding. 3 night stay. One morning my children couldn’t exit the room, door jam. I had them slide the key under the door I also couldn’t open the door. At breakfast there was a dead fly in the milk. The toilet seat was off centre. AC not working in room. The towels need updating. My children ordered room service and it was charged to the room, the next day they said it can’t be charged to the room and I had to walk to the front desk to pay, to which I did then to be told to pay at the bar. No staff at the bar. Food forgotten to be delivered. Quality of food is terrible. Badly cooked and cheap. A woman’s broken fake nail side of the pool. The walls in the rooms are dirty. Food and stains. Chewing gum on carpet. Honestly I could go on.
