Amazing room, we had one of the junior suites for our stay. One disappointing aspect was we’d decided to have the taster menu only to be told this needed to be pre-ordered but we couldn’t find any information on the menu to support this. Other than that fabulous food and wine during our evening meal in the bistro and breakfast was excellent too.

Incredible all round. I booked a junior suite, it was for my anniversary. I notified the staff and they really were exceptional making us feel special with a beautiful room, some Lindt chocolates and free cocktails. Everyone was so engaging, especially Jonathan who greeted us and checked us in. Stunning hotel, great location, beautiful rooms, fantastic staff. What more could you want! I will be back :) thanks

We had an amazing stay in the junior suite room. The character and style of the room was amazing, the double shower was incredible and the staff and grounds were lovely. Definitely going to come back again, might be my new favourite Newcastle hotel. Thank-you!
