Townhouse Hotel Manchester

We stayed for two nights at the Townhouse Hotel. Unfortunately we had a sick (literally) 1 year old so we couldn’t sample much of Manchester. However, what we did get was the most authentic, outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced at The Townhouse Hotel. Honestly, the service was first class. Nothing, not even a sick baby, bedding changes, 20 soiled towels, printing and an above and beyond trip to a pharmacy was too much for staff member Lorna who has set a very high bar for the industry. In fact all of the staff were genuinely interested in our welfare and comfort and made a tough couple of days as good as possible. If I were in charge I’d bottle what this team has and make it standard across the hotel industry. Thankyou so much, we simply won’t stay anywhere else in Manchester from herein
