Tophams Hotel

We purposely upgraded to the deluxe room category ( the hotel’s middle tier) and were disappointed with the quality of the room ( appointments, noisy between the floors, poor air circulation). The deluxe is more of a “ standard”. However, we were only in the room a few hours as there was an issue with the bathroom, which the hotel’s manager and night desk staff dealt with in a very professional fashion. The hotel then upgraded us to a different room ( a junior suite) which was much more in keeping with our expectations. The breakfast was good value and a good variety. The front desk staff (day staff) seemed untrained and overall unhelpful. The night staff were excellent. The hotel is very conveniently located to Victoria Station and tube, the theatre, and Buckingham palace. It is in a lovely neighborhood. Worth staying at, but upgrade to the highest level of offering.

We had a lovely time at Tophams hotel. The room was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The only “complaint” we have is that there was this intermittent noise all day and night long (I think it was the heater working on and off), but we would turn on the white noise in our phones and sleep like babies. Thank you for your hospitality!

The neighborhood is great (quick walk to Buckingham palace) and the family room was perfect for 4 of us. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a family trip to London. Split level room so good for a bit of separation. Location perfect for Buckingham Palace and Wicked. Staff so friendly and helpful and being able to leave bags after checkout brilliant. Thank you
