Chose a family room to stay in room was 28c I was told they couldn’t move us to a new room. Offered a fan instead, no soap or conditioner in room. Following day still didn’t have any room available even though people were checking in/out. Moved to a different hotel same chain. Better room, better rate phenomenal service. Stay away from this hotel.

We were there for a funeral of a family member. At 9am construction crew started using jackhammers to break up concrete directly outside my first floor window. It was so incredibly loud that we had to get ready early and leave. When I talked to the front desk I was quite rudely told that they are allowed to do construction within certain hours of the day. My point really was that we were NOT informed or warned that this was the case when we booked the hotel OR when we checked in. This is unacceptable as far as I’m concerned for a Hilton and for the price I paid to stay in this hotel. When I pushed further the front desk continued to be unhelpful. I have a video of the noise and it shows the proximity of the construction to the hotel room window….DIRECTLY outside the window. I plan to persue this further and am thoroughly disappointed with the stay at this hotel and with the way the staff handled my complaint. As stated, I was there for a funeral with my elderly and handicapped mother and we couldn’t even stay in the room to get ready for the funeral before our check out time because the noise level was so uncomfortable. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and feel strongly about the price I paid to stay for this kind of negative experience.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was amazing; much more than your typical included American breakfast. Across the street from Victoria tube station. I was traveling alone with my children and felt safe in the neighborhood after dark.

I booked a family room. I was told their family rooms were all gone. I said I have a reservation for one. She said Well sorry they are all gone. They said we have a bed under the beds. I said that would be fine. Waited alittle while for them to come and make the bed. When he pulled the bed out there was a giant blood stain on the matress. He flipped it over after we complained. Then threw a flat sheet over and gave us a disgusting blanket to use. I said we will need another sheet because nobody wants that againt them. He huffed and came back shortly with one. Overall short with us, because of our nationality(yes he actually said that), rude and cleanliness didnt appear to matter to them.

We are a family of three, one being a minor. When we arrived at the check-in, we presented three passports and were told we were not allowed to stay in the room as their definition of a minor is a child less than 2 years old, which I disagreed by using the legal definition. No it didn't work. Both receptionists were not helpful at all and told us one of them was the manager on duty, which was a lie. When their supervisor, a man, passed by, I informed him of the situation. We were waiting for more than an hour but got no answer. Very disappointing given we are long-term Hilton members.
