The Savoy

Another wonderful stay, this time with family for a 60th birthday. Everyone had a memorable stay.

The staff was excellent and helped us with a family emergency. We are very grateful for their kindness.

The junior suite we had was wonderful, the staff (from the front desk to the doormen) were universally terrific, and the location superb. A little expensive, but worth every pence.

The Savoy is our favourite Hotel, The staff are so friendly it's like going from one home to another. Everyone is equal and treated with respect. the staff can't do enough for you, we'd like to give a special thank you to Sean head butler/reception host, he accommodated to all our needs and more, you are a super star Sean thank you so much. We are recommending all our family and friends to come to The Savoy and experience this most incredible hotel for themselves.

Our stay was exceptional. To stay in a place steeped in tradition and history was very special. The hotel is well located and is very near to the West End theatres (there’s a theatre right outside the hotel entrance), the London Eye and close to the underground. This makes traveling around London lightning quick. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. Every request was managed with speed and efficiency and a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Our children were treated with every courtesy and they enjoyed the special daily treats. We thoroughly enjoyed the family room and the kids loved having their own space and TV. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. My cleanliness standards are very high and Savoy exceeded my expectations. In fact, the hotel exceeded my expectations on every front.
