I was vacationing with my parents (who are 80 years old) and brother. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the staff welcomes you the moment you walk in. What I loved about this hotel was the convenience to the Underground subway station (literally, it was steps away from Tower Hill station) and this was great because the District line takes you to many tourist destinations. I also loved the quiet rooms and the blackout curtains were a definite plus -- we got a GREAT night's sleep every night (coming from the USA, this was so helpful getting over our jet-lag). The rooms were very clean and everything really looked brand new. There were little touches that made it so welcoming, like the cute stuffed animal on the bed and the easy to read books in each room. It took a few minutes to figure out how to change TV stations using the provided tablet and how to adjust the room air, but that was a minor adjustment. This hotel has a very large area for the breakfast buffet (price is not included, but optional), which was great. And, we LOVED the rooftop bar -- great music and a fabulous view of the city of London (Tower of London bridge is such a picturesque area). I would 100% stay here again on my next visit and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I considered this hotel our "home away from home".

Excellent location for underground, room was clean, staff very friendly. Room was bit small but it was okay for us but not good if you have children. There was no view from the window.

Honestly its fine, certainly nothing special. Not for couples. Not for families. Go if youre on a business trip or travelling solo and need somewhere central. Theres much better for cheaper I'm sure. Its location is its main saving grace.

Went on a family holiday and this place really felt like our little home away from home. Great service, good amenities. Attention to requests. My mom has mobility issues and they gave us their accessible room which was practically a suite. Would recommend to anyone going to London for holiday or even work. The two things I wish the room had was a tea or coffee maker and room service options. But overall everything was great

I love this brand of hotels. Always very simple and minimal but everything you need. As many couples and families I saw, I was surprised. To me it’s a room of one. But I choose this hotel lost the time when I’m traveling solo. It’s hi tech, and simple and always has a great bar/lounge with cool service. Definitely recommend for solo travelers or couples who can handle small living quarters. Overall one of my favorite hotels.

They were amazing hotel room and staff. Be aware rooms are very small. They are smaller then you would expect for a small room and only a king bed you can only get in/out on one side. Best for people traveling with spouse or single. Not a good place for families and kids. It is great location for transportation right above the tube and next to bus routes. It fit our needs perfectly and a very quiet hotel. We were there a week and enjoyed the stay everyday.
