STAY AWAY: I’ve never left a bad review for hotels because I understand experience is subjective. But this is the worst property I’ve stayed in. And I’ve had some forgettable ones in my entire travelling carrier. Has nothing going for it besides the location. I could give you a million reasons but overall, if you have other options, I would book elsewhere Definitely do not recommend for families either. Room are below average, extremely tight and I mean very tight. Overall not what you’d expect from Marriott.

Had a great stay at the hotel as it is close to several tub stations and buses. They don't have on-site parking but you can reserve a spot at the Tesco supermarket (literally next door). The self service laundry was great but can get really busy...we had to do laundry past midnight as the machines were not available. Had issues when I asked for dishwasher tablets (house keeping had not left me any on some days) and a change of sheets for my baby's cot, no one came up and I had to walk up to the front desk or house keeping to directly ask. The hotel came with daily full english breakfast but if you go late, not much food is left. I do highly recommend to people who want space and the convenience of an apartment style hotel as I would stay again. Bonus, there is an amazon locker off to the side of the lobby but the reception would accept packages on your behalf if you let them know in advance.

Check in staff was unfriendly and was actually charged for room x 4 days to credit card by mistake….the staff didnt realise until this was pointed out. Room was a good size and the small kitchen was ideal for cooking but room needed a good hoover. The sofa bed was very comfortable for sleeping and sitting. Housekeeping staff were very accomodating. Laundry facilities very welcomed especially with a child. Breakfast was ok. Tesco nearby was a bonus. Hotel bit out of the way. Plenty of public transport available and was easy to get around.

Great for families. Next to supermarket. Super-convenient to cook meals. Elevator is slow but most are in Europe I’ve found. Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Do not have an omelet station. But a solid variety.

Excellent stay at the Residence within walking distance of Earl's Court Station and a Tesco directly next door. Daniel at the Lobby bar took care of us all week and now we're basically family! Will stay here again when in London.

I stayed in this beautiful hotel with my family for four days. The room was large and comfortable.
In my opinion the best was the breakfast and the restaurant manager Roberto who personally gave special attention to all customers.

For families - the hotel has a kitchenette option in rooms and a Tesco right nextdoor which makes the whole experience easier on larger groups. The bathrooms are extremely tiny though and while I am sure the housekeeping tries it’s humanly best, it’s not pleasing to the eye to see a tiny bathroom that gets used by more than 1 person. Hotel is centrally located (but you need a cab to get to Hop on tours, maybe even the Earl’s court train station). In summary, good location, well accommodated rooms for families but bathrooms could be bigger !

We needed a place in Kensington just for one night for a family of four, and since we were just arriving we wanted to have a good nights sleep. This was the best price we could find for a hotel room with two real separate bedrooms. Everyone who works at the hotel was so nice! We didn’t realize breakfast was included so that was a bonus. And the room was exactly as advertised—two bedroom, a living room and a tiny efficiency kitchen. Despite being on the front of the building on the second floor the rooms were quiet, the drapes kept out the light, and we slept well. There were also two bathrooms; one of the toilets wasn’t working very well so that’s the only reason the hotel gets four stars and not five. We would stay here again.
