We stayed as a family of 3 with a baby aged 6 months. Originally we had planned for only myself and my husband to stay but due to a problem with childcare, we emailed the hotel post-booking and requested a cot for our room and they were more than happy to accommodate this late request. The room and bathroom were both very clean however they were on the small side so with a travel cot, pram and suitcase, it did make things quite cramped. I’m unsure whether the other rooms are larger. There is a lift inside the building for access to the upper floors however there are steps outside the front and I’m unsure whether there is another entrance which is more accessible for wheelchairs / prams etc. The staff were friendly and very accommodating allowing us to drop our bags off early before the 3pm check-in time allowing us to head into London bag-free. There was plenty of choice at breakfast but I would say the lounge where breakfast was served was on the warm side!

Small family run hotel. The rooms are small but well designed and the shower in the bathroom was great. Great location near Earl's Court tube station but away from the main road. The staff were friendly and efficient.
