We had a great stay. It was a treat for my kids to each have their own beds. It was tricky to regulate the water temperature in the shower, but we eventually figured out a method. My kids loved the breakfast buffet.

Arrived at 9AM, didn’t get the room until 8PM. Room reserved wasn’t available, got downgraded to a lower class, non renovated room. Next morning got stock in elevator, family had to go up and down stairs the rest of days as they were afraid to take elevator again. Managers on duty apologized, said will contact us and compensate us, never heard from them. We expect Hotels to take care of this and reimburse us.

The staff was very accommodating. When we requested an early check in, they upgraded us to 2 rooms instead of 1 family room. They responded right away to any requests we had.
The rooms were modern and comfortable. The hotel was 1 min walk to the bus stop and 5 minute walk to Regents park. Would stay there again!

We got the deluxe family room which has two twin beds and one king. Our room was very big with two closets as well and on a corner so felt like two spaces bathroom.
We had booked through Expedia and pay at hotel and our booking was cancelled before we arrived but hotel honored everything in the end.

This was a great location based hotel which was close to St John’s Wood, lords cricket ground etc. A somewhat 1980s entrance with basic amenities. The rooms itself were well designed with enough space for a large family of 2 adults and 2 children. The showers were quite specious meaning you do not need to hold your breath whilst trying to enter the bathroom like most central London hotels. The noise was very low from the huddle of London. In all a good venue and although dated externally internally a good sense of ambience from sporting hey days and when batsmen rarely wore helmets!

7 day, 6 night stay to visit family in the area. Room was exactly what we needed and advertised. Easy walk to the high street and underground but close enough to popular tourist areas for Uber rides if necessary. Very quiet. Apparently popular with various airline flight crews as we saw quite a few checking in/out throughout our stay. Safe and extremely quiet. Will definitely be returning on a future visit.

Was located 2miles from euston train station. We walked there, not especially fit person but is doable.
huge room (family) 2 proper single beds and a double loads of room BEST stayed in other than Dubai. Ate in the bar in the evening was very nice and not over expensive £65 for 3 adults including 2 alcoholic drinks, 1 soft drink.
comfy beds. All usual amenities, hair dryer, kettle, tolietries.
Breakfast next morning was lots to choose from.
If I had a to give negative I would say breakfast room was very very warm temperature.
Bathroom had the off mouldy bath seal.
Location near a underground 5-10 minute walk.
