Holmes Hotel London

A really great Hotel with lovely service. This hotel is very highly recommended for families.

Asked for rooms close together as a friends and family celebration, in advance . It was great this was accommodated and got the short break off to a great start. Overall the service was great. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Would have given 10/10 but two cooked breakfasts were served lukewarm on the Sunday.

Excellent property close to Baker St tube station and Madame Tussaud’s. Very clean throughout and spacious rooms. We had a family room and were upgraded. A special mention must go to the manager, Ben. His attention to detail made the stay extra special and we are looking to book here again very soon.

Superb hotel with amazing staff, from check in to check out nothing was too much, even at 2am for a bottle of water :) and cant thank them enough for making the trip as stress free as possible, we had 2 small children. We arrived and was promptly met with the most friendlist reception team who kindly gave us an upgrade room, to the kitchen team thank you. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again :).

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel! It was all great— from the room to the staff to the amenities! They took care of us and our kids and we will definitely stay there again when we’re in London. We loved the bar, restaurant, and lounge area. Highly recommend!

Housekeeping was excellent, and staff were most accommodating with our occasional use of Deliveroo. Every hotel staffer we spoke to was pleasant to work with. "Upgrading" our reservation to a Studio room, however, was a mixed bag. The room was advertised as ideal for families or extended-stay accommodations. However, while it was a spacious room, there were no additional pieces of furniture suitible for clothing storage. As a result, for two weeks, we lived out of our suitcases as originally expected, so we're unsure what "extended-stay" referred to in this upgrade, other than mitigating the cramped feeling one might experience in a smaller room.

Quite simply it's one of the best hotels I've been to in terms of service, aesthetic, add on amenities for families and couples, and nearby vegitarian options.
