We asked for a deep clean and on entering found crisps on the carpet... Large pieces!! The swimming pool is inaccessible to adults with children taking up the entire space. No designated lane swimming. What's worse is the changing room facilities: they are in the worst condition I've seen in London and I therefore I felt disgusted and refrained from using them. The place is filthy with hair everywhere. The lobby is small and constantly overcrowded. Not a relaxing stay at all. You might as well be in a local leisure centre. Housekeeping intentionally knocked when we were in and didn't come back to clean when we asked. Had to specifically ask front desk to resolve the issue. I've stayed at Marriott's before and thought each branch would be different, but it's time to officially close the door on this brand. It's a MASSIVE NO TO MARRIOTT !!

Simply okay - the room are renovated but still very dark. The "balcony" had only a view into the other rooms and was above the air outlet from the kitchen and, therefore, we couldn't really open the window. There was no further windows, the room was not really spacious and the pre-booked child crib wasn't in the room. Furthermore, we even had a moth in the room

Room size is good but very dated, noisy air condition, missing bathroom accessories. Great location - Short walking distance from swiss cottage station. Nice pool. Good for families.

The hotel is in a great location near the tube. Shops nearby. Buffet breakfast very good. We booked a delux double room for two adults and two kids and it is not a family room it’s a double room so next time would choose a different room. Housekeeping only came at 5pm which was inconvenient although they a came earlier the day before. Would stay here again.

Loved that this hotel was in a quiet, safe neighborhood of London near a Tube station. Hotel room was clean and good size (family of four). The staff was excellent; every one we had contact with was polite, friendly, and efficient. Good buffet breakfast at the onsite restaurant.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel in a good area close to west end . 2 minutes walk to jubilee line tube. Essential for me were the excellent quality beds and opening windows. A proper fridge in the room, Nespresso machine and kettle were all appreciated. Service fabulous - housekeeping excellent . As usual the internet apps for you tube, iPlayer etc on the television didn’t work (I’ve yet to find a hotel where they do!) . Lovely maintenance man did his best but no joy. The pool is tiny, hot and very heavily chlorinated - used extensively for children’s swimming lessons. I recommend Swiss Cottage leisure centre across the road if you want a proper swim.

This is a family hotel for kids. And the poolarea is not free all the time. It is booked for kids in the area. It is very clean and the food is good. If you are a couples and dont have kids it is not a hotel for you. It is highly lowdy hotel.

Excelent and valuable option to stay in London. The family room is not 2 queens beds but the room space is good enough for a family of 4. The front desk team is excelente. The Italian restaurant Carluccio's is an excelent and valuable option. The underground is at a 5 minutes walking distance and the line are direct to the main city center stations.

This is a really, really nice tourist hotel. It isn't 4-stars...maybe 3.5 on a good day. But it is extraordinarily dated, and attracts a good many tourists and families. No problem with that, at all. But it isn't a 4-star business hotel. The service was excellent. The location was convenient to the Underground. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. That said, if you have business meetings in Mayfair/Westminster/etc. you should count on a lot of taxi time. I wouldn't stay for a business trip again, but would happily encourage folks visiting London for fun (and on a budget) to stay there.
