Holiday Inn London Camden Lock, an IHG Hotel

I stayed with my two children to be close to London zoo. We arrived and were greeted with the most friendly welcome. Both children were given a kids colouring pack and a voucher to get either a drink or snack at the bar which was a nice little touch. Room was spotless and comfortable just what we needed to relax after a busy day. We had breakfast included the children were both free. The breakfast buffet was one of the nicest buffets that we have been to the food was lovely and fresh constantly being replenished and they even had a children’s breakfast station. The pancake machine was broken at the time but the brilliant waiter fixed it for the kids and brought them over fresh pancakes. Over all a brilliant stay I wish we had stayed for two nights

Overall the stay was good. Good location and access to restaurants, stores, and city attractions. Breakfast buffet and hotel staffs were great. The rooms and bathrooms could be spacious and cleaner. I guess it is a typical London hotel. We stayed as a family and enjoyed staying in there.

Perfect central location, a stone's throw from Camden Market. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfy beds, very quiet (couldn't hear outside world). Staff very friendly and accommodating. Excellent breakfast, kids loved pancake maker, hot buffet regularly replenished. Would highly recommend.

Ideally situated for the markets in Camden, plenty of eateries around whether you want chains, independents, pub grub or the street food on Camden Markets 5 minute stroll from Camden Town tube even with two kids in tow so easy access for sight-seeing aswell Plenty of choice for breakfast

Review on holiday inn camden. Very rude staff, someone took 200£ from me they ignored that. No respect to guests or their families. I asked for a meting room to discuss business with investors and my request was declined. Very racist place, I don’t recommend it at all. I lost huge amount of money because of their bad and unfair treatment

Really lovely place to stay- quiet , clean and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and staff very attentive. Beds really comfy and nice to have a family room without a fold up horrible sofa- it had 2 double beds. Definitely a great place to stay and although we didn’t have a view , we were still happy.

Hotel was excellent for a quick trip to London Zoo and Camden Market. So clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. I was concerned being so close to Camden it would be lively for young children but you couldn't hear any noise from outside at all. Will definitely return

This hotel is great for families, in a great location - right next to lots of shops and restaurants and right across from a great street-food market. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
