Hotel was very nice , clean and modern, the parking at the hotel was handy not far to have to walk was right outside the front , also I thought it was reasonable priced £8 for 24 hours . I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

2nd time staying at the Hotel. 1st time, nothing but excellence. 2nd time, the welcome was poor. No smiles or any kind of welcome. Room was cosy and smaller than before. Always clean and well stocked with all you need. Sadly, right side of the bed had a dreadful strong odour of damp/stale smell. Mentioned to staff who said they would look into it. They didn't!!! No plastic waste bags in the bins. Asked for some and none were provided!. Mentioned the odour again the next day and all that was said is that, once again, they would look into this! No apologies on hearing this which made sleeping hard. Love this hotel generally for its ambience, but felt let down from our 2nd experience. Would love to go back again when visiting family in Liverpool, but may have 2nd thoughts after the lack of care for our concerns. Such a shame as its faultless in every other aspect. Customer service is so important and after a 7.5 hour journey to get Liverpool a more postive welcome would have been good. Atrending to odour issues should have been a priority too.

We were staying at The Titanic for my 50th birthday with my family, so we had 5 rooms. My wife had booked afternoon tea, which was a complete disaster. We waited 45 minutes and nothing, then one set of afternoon tea came. The manager eventually came over but nothing was done after that. It wasn't busy at all but there didn't seem to be a lot of staff around to ask what was going on. After 1 hour of waiting my gluten free afternoon tea came and it was awful, stale and not as described on the menu. I then saw a waitress preparing my birthday cake for another table!!! Again the manager came over, who was not very professional (calling my wife "love" all the time!!!). In the end we cancelled everything, terrible. During our stay (2 nights), our room was never cleaned, even though we made staff aware of this. We were refused cocktails when we got back to the hotel after our meal, it wasn't very late when we got back, about 11:30pm!!!! It's a shame, as it's a nice looking hotel, but the staff are not well trained at all and the food is terrible. For the price I would definitely NOT recommend

We arrived late on Friday evening, the parking was very limited on arrival, there seemed to be a number of spaces blocked off with barriers. Superior room on the 4th floor was huge. Comfortable bed & well stocked bathroom, very odd sliding glass panel/window from the bedroom to the bathroom, complimentary bottle water & tea/coffee. The breakfast was good but not worth £18. Overall stay was good for a family wedding on site. The docks are undergoing redevelopment which can only be a good thing as outside the hotel & roads leading to the hotel look very rundown.
