We were a family of 4 on vacation. The hotel was great placed in a quiet area, not far to walk to city centre. The room was a bit small small for 4 persons, but it was clean and practical. The aircondition broke down, and we had no possibilities to open windows in our room, so it got hot. The service was good, they sent a repair man and he fixed the aircondition on day 2, and we got discount on our first night. Would stay here again.

I went here with my two kids and the main reason I chose this hotel was the swimming pool and spa area. However it was a big disappointment that children were only allowed certain times and even during their time they were only allowed in a small part of the facility (not allowed in the hot tub nor the saunas). It could have been information about this during the booking process! The room was fresh and clean but no fridge in the room and no ice available. Except for that the hotel is fine with acceptable walking distance to the city centre and Royal Albert Dock.

Nice hotel in a great location. Paid for an upgraded room which apart from a bigger bed and access to a lounge, it wasnt anything special. Apart from that its a great location for the waterside and 10 min walk to shops and attractions etc. Swimming pool on site was good but very busy (lots of kids too). Staff all were excellent.

Fantastic hotel lovely clean very happy with service. Breakfast good staff very helpful and informative. Pool fine for children to , but don’t book the hotel for the pool .

Stayed here as a family for my husbands 60th. We had a fantastic time and the staff did everything to make sure all was fabulous. Love this hotel and we will definitely stay here whenever we visit Liverpool again. Thank you to all the team.

Nice hotel nice location and facilities. Excellent restaurant, swimming pool small and water too cold for 3 month old baby. Great base for a tourist to visit main tourist sites

We had a one night stay in Liverpool with the family- from the moment we arrived, the desk staff were welcoming and warming. The rooms were a good size, the beds were super comfortable and breakfast the following day was good. Parking is quite expensive- would have liked to have had it complementary but i guess the location is prime and very few hotels have parking in town.

Lovely hotel, great location. It was the Easter holidays and so a lot of young children. We went for a drink in the bar at 9pm and it was like being in McDonald’s so we left. Not the hotels fault I appreciate however. The bar is also way too brightly lit
