First visit to Liverpool, hotel recommended by family who had stayed previously, the staff on the reception were friendly and always smiling , no question was a problem , breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice , staff in restaurant were friendly and were very chatty and seemed to actually enjoy there job , fantastic stay

Two night stay with my daughter to see the sights of Liverpool. We arrived a couple of hours before check in and left our bags at reception before going out to explore. Room 322 was ready when we arrived back. Room was bigger than i thought it would be. Massive bed, lovely fluffy towels and dressing gowns although the option fir a child's one would of been good. Complimentary toiletries and goodies very much appreciated. Steven who was on the two mornings we were there was such a lovely guy and chatted away to us with genuine interest. Also the lady who serviced our room was so nice as well when she replenished our hot choc, etc.

Booked to stay a night with my family. We had some last-minute changes to the number of people, and the hotel staff were great at providing an additional room close to the others. The restaurant staff were also really helpful with catering to our dietary requirements.
