Couldn’t have asked for more to be honest I Had a bit of trouble with parking I went to the wrong car park and totally my fault but reception quickly sorted that out with a phone call and got me to the right place otherwise it would have had to sell a kidney to get my car out when I was due to leave so a big thank you to the lady on reception

2 adults plus a child booked but sofa bed not made. We politely asked for it to be done whilst we were out but when we returned at 10.30pm it was still not done. Breakfast was poor quality bagged items provided in the room (initially only 2 breakfasts for 3 people). No plates provided. Breakfast rolls eg sausage or bacon were apparently available to takeaway but not at 10.30 am when we asked. Would chose one of the other local hotels next time. At least the Night Manager was friendly and understanding.

One night stay to meet family landing at the airport across the road. Our room was clean, tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The accessible bathroom made showering easy for me and worked well.

We booked two rooms for two nights for a family break and take in a Liverpool game. The single beds were terribly uncomfortable for my teenagers to sleep in. We had repeated problems with the key cards which failed on three occasions. Breakfast was really poor (no bacon - really?). It also ended at 10am which with three teenagers is not ideal. On our second morning we skipped breakfast and walked to the Premier Inn and paid for their breakfast. We stayed at the Premier Inn on the Friday night and wish had booked all three nights there. We travel to Liverpool 5/6 times a season for football and having used this hotel before we won't be using it again.

Overall good. Very convenient location, right in front of the airport. We stayed as 3 people (1 child) but only 2 sets of towels are there. Breakfast hot food was not kept warm enough. A dog came in the breakfast area which is not appropriate, I think.

The room we had wasnt what was advertised, we had a sofa bed instead of 2 doubles in a family room which was 2 small for the children. The matress and pillow where hard, probably more so the pillows, which kept me from sleeping through. The breakfast was poor, ran out of food and went without.

The shower was discustingly dirty. Breakfast room was poor and very basic with limited food options. Had a Sofa bed for child and was expected to make the bed and put the covers on the duvet and pillows!! Its Hilton policy apparently!!!!!!
