A good stay overall but I would expect breakfast to be included at £137 for a one night stay family room (3 people). So my only gripe is the price

Hotel was great & slightly better than previous stays which were also enjoyable. Service throughout all services is always excellent. The breakfast food was a bit disappointing on both day's stay & limited choice in the Stables Bar also was a bit of a let down on previous visits, but didn't impact too much on our enjoyment. Overall though pleased with our visit & would certainly come back again & recommend to friends & family.

This was just a quick overnight stay as attending a family party off site. Stayed here before because it provided everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Always use this hotel when in Leeds

Stayed before. Very convenient for visiting family. A little noisy at the front on Saturday night after a wedding. Our room overlooked the front entrance. Good breakfasts, well managed given the numbers staying. Room and bed were comfortable but one bedside lamp was missing.

Have stayed in various hotels in both Leeds and Harrogate whilst visiting family. This was the nicest and I will stay here in future. Pleasant staff, nice room, lovely breakfast buffet, good parking and reasonable rates.
