It met our family's needs. The rooms were clean. However we were put into an accessible suite (which meant an accessible bathroom and was not needed). So the bathroom was wet and hard to keep floor dry with the no-barrier shower bathroom floors, especially with kids. Breakfast was included; there were lots of pastries, bread for toasting, cereals, milk, etc. No hot items (no eggs, sausage or beans). There is no clear drop-off area and in the opposite direction to get to the parking entrance. So it was confusing to find directions back to the parkade after dropping off bags in the front of the hotel on the street. This is likely due to the busy city centre location with one-way traffic. Overall a good short stop on our road trip.

Staff where amazing. Especially on check in and the duty manager on check out who was a massive help which I really needed given I had my children with me. Thank you! Everyone was so polite and amazingly helpful. A great buzz and a great location. Only downside is parking situation is a little annoying but you do get a discount from the hotel.
