The hotel was quaint, in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; just off the high street so quiet, but right in the action. We had the family suite and it was perfect for myself, husband and our two grown children, with privacy for everyone. Simona and Dele were attentive, friendly and helpful. Well done you two!

Lovely one night stay in the family room. Top floor was very cosy. Not much of a view just other rooftops but being that Canterbury is a medieval city it kind of added to its charm.
