Excellent stay! Friendly service. Our room for family of 4 was great. It was a little annoying that we brought up all of our stuff and finally made it to the room, only to find that they had not activated the key. I had to go back to reception while the rest waited for many minutes for this to be rectified. The charge of 10 pounds for the dog was too steep- should not cost that much. We could not get the wifi to work in the room, even though they said it would work. In general, the room was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend it to all (except those who are severely allergic to dust as there is carpeting everywhere.) We would stay there again!!
