Very good family room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Parking at the hotel is limited & difficult when busy but there is ample parking a short distance away.

As a family group we found the family suite to be lovely and airy and plenty of room with the lovely added bonus of the little courtyard for ourselves to enjoy

Small family run hotel about 5 mins walk from Exeter St Davids station [uphill] only there to sleep/wash/have breakfast so didn't use any of the facility's. I don't normally book anywhere with a shared bathroom but I miss read the details so my fault but it was not a problem, decent breakfast, happy with my stay
