De Vere Cotswold Water Park

Considering the Price paid for the room, I've experience for nicer for far less. Spa treatments were expensive and rarely started on time or lasted the full length, the pool was supposed to be for spa users only to maintain a quiet environment, but children were constantly in and out with the noise and splashing. Ate off site as the food was over priced and average. Incredible disappointing stay.

Loved the hotel estate, very beautiful. Swans gliding in the lake outside the hotel room made a fantastic start to the day. Breakfast was enormous and we could take our time with it. Fantastic holiday for the family.

Good hotel, breakfast was amazing. Only let down was pool was only available if booked with a spa treatment. No good for children then!

Room was spacious, lovely scenic views of the lake, good restaurant, the piri piri wings in the bar were delicious, staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, only minor issue was they did not have any full fat milk for my toddler, would definitely stay here again, is also a good base for visiting the Cotswolds

We got an upgrade with a little extra but all worth it! Amazing view, serene and peaceful location. Nice breakfast and plenty of veg options at the restaurant. Pool is awesome and kids friendly. Staff at the reception, restaurant and Spa is very kind and helpful. Had a lovely break.

the description of the De Vere water park had everything we wanted but really oversells itself, it was a disappointing stay. Staff & service was great, very friendly. However - we were given a room with a car park view, bedroom had no air conditioning & bathroom was really tatty. Advertised as a hotel with a pool, but its actually a spa pool that you had to book a treatment to use - our son was so disappointed by this as we had intended to swim every morning. The restaurants had virtually the same menus in both - could have done with something more family friendly. The restaurant in the hotel was really pricey & the pizzas we had were terrible - so thick with cheese. The downstairs pantry offering essentials - offered chocolate and sweets, thats it. We had a bad experience on the one night where a wedding party ended up having a party in their room till the early hours - the manager dealt with this well but again - not what i'd expect in a family friendly hotel. I wouldnt recommend for families and unfortunately, wouldnt stay again.

A lovely family friendly hotel. It was a shame that the pool is only available to spa guests. Also buffet breakfast was luke warm, which was a shame as a great variety on offer x

Lovely hotel! Definitely worth getting a room with a view ..amazing view of the lake! Restaurants are right on the stunning lake too. Really enjoyed our stay. Great for couples, dogs and familys. Really nice room, friendly staff and lovely grounds. Spa pool can only be used if you book a treatment. Breakfast had large selection and was delicious. Book ahead to eat on site. Restaurant was booked up the day before and breakfast only had early and late slots left when we arrived. Walls are quite thin, so could here next door and also kids running about above us. Fantastic hotel and we would love to go back! Even better than it looks in the pictures.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was relaxing and wonderful waking up to the beautiful lake. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast every morning which was fresh and tasty…the food had an organic taste. My family are now planning a trip this summer. Thank you to all the staffs who helped me.
