We stayed as an adult family of parents (72 & 62) and 3 adult children (35-41). We had three rooms. One of our party had a fall a few weeks ago and had recently been fitted with a splint which made walking difficult. The reception quickly changed her room allocation to one right next to the lift. The staff where excellent. The only disappointment was that we were all on the side overlooking the carpark, rather than the marina!

The hotel was very clean, the beds were reasonably comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Parking was free and very easy. There are lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. We will definitely use this hotel again when visiting family.
