Nice modern hotel. Room size was too small for a family of 4. Not enough space to walk from bed to bathroom. Lots of new building teething problems. Snagging not done properly. Eg bathroom door catching on floor tiles & not shutting. Bad smell in bathroom. Staff seemed to be aware of issues. Breakfast was good

The hotel is nice and clean. One of the better hotels. We’ve stayed before and really enjoyed. Just on this occasion someone’s children was running around til nearly 12 at night opening and shutting doors every 2 mins

Close to David Lloyds in Bicester and to my husband’s family house in Oxford, this is a greatly situated hotel with clean and newly decorated rooms and great breakfast service. The hotel has a vending machine at the lobby, selling all the things we are used to forget during trips. Our stay there for Boxing Day was fantastic!

Family of 4, 2 teenagers, family room no where near enough. Second bed is a large single, not really big enough for 2 people. It was a bargain price but next time will get 2 rooms. Breakfast was included and was of very good quality.

It was a good stay, room was clean but for a family of 4, it’s very small. We had 3 luggage and no place to open up our luggage. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I was very disappointed to be honest with you. Not even water provided in the room. The rooms were too squished for four people and to be honest the sofa bed dangerous for children. I had good expectations of holiday inn but am actually very disappointed

I had an overnight stay here with my family due to Bicester village being 5 minutes away from this location. Good service, Friendly staff, Clean room and Ample parking. Definately recommend.

Room was tiny for a family of four and no breakfast left when we went down at 10, only toast and a few bits of bacon and sausage - no juice, pastries etc!
