The Marina Phuket Hotel

Hotel reception staff are fantastic! Breakfast was a solid selection, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs made however you like, Thai food, pastries, salads and cereals. Firm comfy beds and lovely rooftop pool. The hotel maybe a good walk away from Bangla road but despite there being many families in the hotel there were definitely plenty of loud ppl there to party. Lots of noise from other hotel rooms all night, fire alarm went off at 1am due to someone smoking weed etc. Very busy road out front but usually a member of hotel staff available to assist crossing. It is situated the nicer end of the beach and takes about 10/15mins to walk there. Beach towels available at reception. Some of the local restaurants opposite the nearby firestation were great and very reasonably priced. Overall good value for money but noisy.

Loved this place, rooms were nice clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and friendly. Not much kids around did not see any young kids during my one week stay. Rooftop pool was so good with a beautiful view. Location was good for me, not too far from patong beach 15 minute walk. Loved how it was abit further away from everything but also close if that makes sense. 10/10 would definitely come back and stay here!

Very nice place - very friendly staff. Not bad for $40 a night (AUD)….. if you are travelling with mates, or alone, this place is really good. The pool is the best. If you are with a family and want to be close to the Amin beach area then avoid this place. It’s 10min walk to beach. The rooms were not clean and the “sound-proofing” is non existent. The Spa downstairs is the best in Phuket, I used it every day. I would not recommend this place if you are a ‘creature of comfort’. But if you want really good value then this hotel is a good choice.
