Novotel Phuket Vintage Park

One of the most highly regarded hotels in Patong Beach, particularly well-suited for families.

The rooms definitely need some maintenance. ( balcony door didn’t lock, bath tub corking needs attention etc) . But overall the rooms had everything you would need. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic, especially for children. Kids club is pretty average. The toys and equipment are very dated and there’s no option to leave the kids there without an adult in attendance. The breakfast is amazing. All tastes and cultures are catered for. The standout is the staff. Everyone from the cleaning staff, the reception staff and catering couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. In particular Khom in the breakfast room and also A in the pool area were outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

IT was an amazing stay, kids enjoyed the Huge Pool and Indian food served in the restaurant was good too. Had a good time.

Great size of swimming pool and kids’ swimming pool, deluxe room is clean and spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable enough, aircon is cold and strong, housekeeping is amazing since we don’t have to keep asking extra towels for kids, close to shopping mall and beach just few minutes walking

During this trip I also stayed at a hotel in Phi Phi dong as well, so I think I have more experience to give a comment about what’s really the standard or clean or what not than most, but the room was spacious and so clean thanks to the hotel housekeeping staffs!! I stayed in a opposite side from the Main Street that that may also helped but it was quiet at night and I simply enjoyed my stay! Some of the morning breakfast Buffett menu changes that you will not get bored with it! Also, there are variety of veggies that in a long trip you get tired of eating out from the oily food, but we never did thanks to it! It is totally a hotel for family, having the big pool in the center of the whole property but it has a pool bar I think many couples would also enjoy it. It is in the center of patong, which we later found out that that was probably the wisest choice we’ve made upon coming and selecting which resort area we wanted to stay in as there were many stores and restaurants around us. Just book this hotel, you’ll enjoy.

This is a nice, large, centrally located, convenient full service hotel in the heart of Patong Beach, within walking distance to the beach.What really sets it apart from other similar hotels is its huge pool, featuring a large wet bar cabana and many water play options. Excellent for families with younger kids. The expansive lobby is open air and resembles the entrance to a Thai temple, with elaborate art works and plenty of sitting options. The staff is friendly and attentive! The restaurant by the poolside has indoor and outdoor seating; it is a nice option for in-house dining. We stayed in one of the premium rooms with private balcony jacuzzi directly accessing the pool…very convenient. Great stay, would definitely visit again!

Staff was very friendly and helpfull pool is amazing kids loved it!only problem we had was our aircon broke got a new room and upgraded aswell by the night manager so overall very happy

Extremely satisfied, very friendly service, clean property, nice comfortable bed with a good room sofa that can turn into comfortable bed which is of great value for family use
